Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through VerandaCovers, a trading brand of Bascora Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@verandacovers.com to discuss options.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing for European deliveries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

International & European Shipping

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. VerandaCovers has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@verandacovers.com with your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence.
