Covering Wrexham, Conwy, Gwynedd, Ceredigion and Powys. Some rural postcodes may incur extended delivery windows. Our team can advise on specific locations.
Northern Ireland
We deliver to Northern Ireland via specialist courier. Delivery timescales are slightly extended versus mainland UK, and some freight surcharges may apply for larger structures.

VerandaCovers ships to many EU countries including France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium and Ireland. Delivery costs and customs requirements vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. For bespoke international quotes or commercial orders, please contact our team directly.
Delivery Questions
How do I know if you deliver to my postcode?
Simply proceed to checkout and enter your delivery address — our system will confirm whether your postcode is within our delivery zone and calculate any applicable charges. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.
Do you offer next-day or express delivery?
Express delivery is available on selected smaller items for mainland UK addresses. Larger structures such as pergolas and gazebos require standard lead times due to their size and specialist handling. Express options, where available, will appear at checkout.
What happens for remote or rural postcodes?
Some remote postcodes — particularly in the Scottish Highlands, islands, and rural Wales — may incur a delivery surcharge or require extended lead times. Our team will contact you after ordering if this applies, or you can get in touch in advance.
Can I collect my order in person?
We do not currently operate a public collection point. All orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners and delivered to your specified address. If you have a specific requirement, please contact us to discuss.
Do you deliver to commercial properties and hospitality venues?
Yes. We regularly supply hospitality venues, hotels, restaurants and commercial outdoor spaces across the UK. For trade or commercial enquiries, including bulk orders and bespoke requirements, please contact our commercial team.
