How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days for in-stock items. Larger structures such as pergolas and gazebos may require 2–4 weeks depending on your location and configuration. You will receive a tracking notification once dispatched.
Do you deliver across the UK and Europe?
Yes. We deliver throughout the UK and to selected European destinations. Delivery costs and timescales vary by region and are calculated at checkout. For destinations outside our standard zones, please contact us.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to view the latest delivery status.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.

Yes. All products include detailed installation guides. Sun shades and parasols are straightforward to assemble without professional help. For retractable awnings, pergolas, and gazebos, professional installation is recommended to ensure safety and warranty compliance.

Returns & Warranty
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy on unused items in their original packaging. Bespoke or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Please review our full Returns Policy for details.

How do I make a warranty claim?
